The owner of the property on the Northeast comer of Bethel School and Denton Tap was
in today (2/20/04) to talk about the work that was done on and adjacent to his property.
He was not happy that the contractor used his land to stockpile materials for the recently
completed project, and he claims that no one ever asked permission to use his land.
He was however satisfied with the grading that was completed. His only request is that
the contractor reestablish some vegetation on the disturbed area.
I gave him your card as a contact for that project, and he left the attached name and
number of his brother that lives here in town.
