I missed these (oops!) and will add information to the paving plan reflecting this condition. The attached sketches indicate some additional modifications to the plans we propose. Upon your review and concurrence, these modifications will be added to the plans and the revised sheets witl be sent to you. Sheets labeled 1 thru 6 indicate modifications to the bedding material for the HDPE pipe. Sheet 7 indicates a proposed modification to the drainage plan (we will reduce tt~e infer size to 3-grate and pick up Phase 1 water only. Phase 2 will require construction of an additional inlet). Sheet 8 shows the limits of pavement removal proposed by CalHar (utility contractor) to install the 5-foot diameter sanitary manhole (this ts apparently due to the close proximity of the existing sewer line to the curb line, the depth of cut and the size of the manhole), in light of the required pavement removal required for manhole construction, we request modifying the sanitary sewer street crossing to allow open cut, Please let me know if the enclosed modifications are acceptable and we will update our plans, SIGNED: B.
