Vista Point II-CS041119From: Keith Marvin To: dlittleton@halff, com Date: 11/19~2004 4:40:29 PM Subject: Vista Point II Dave, I received your fax today for the above referenced development. Thanks for taking care of the stamped pavement issue, The city takes no exception to the modification of the backfill for the private storm sewer lines. The reduction of the inlet sizes are acceptable as long as the additional capacity is constructed with the next phase of the development. The city will not allow an open cut installation for the sewer line. Only that portion required to be open cut to make the actual connection to the existing line will be allowed. The rest of the pipe shall be placed by dry bore. Traffic must be maintained during this work, and flag men and appropriate signage shall be in place at all times. Please contact Larry Davis to discuss these requirements. Please send your revised plans reflecting these changes for our review and city stamp. Once they have been stamped I will return the stamped sheets to you for distribution to the contractor. These stamped sheets should replace the sheets they have in their approved set. Feel free to call with any questions or comments. Keith R. Marvin, P.E. City of Coppell (972) 304-7044 kmarvin@ci.coppell.tx, us
