Coppell Road. The plans are 90% complete and the city is in the process of acquiring the right-of-way necessary for utility relocations and construction. Brazos Electric Cooperative said they have joint ownership with TXU Electric Delivery of a double-circuit electric transmission line along the north side of Sandy Lake. They also indicated that TXU would take the lead on any required relocations. Attached is a set of plans for the project for your review. Please let the city know if TXU has any facilities that will have to be relocated within the project limits. If any relocations are necessary, how long will these relocations take to complete? The city is trying to determine a bid date for the project. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please advise. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.
