The measured quantities of subgrade actually covered at this time are 855 LF of 27' width and
2992 LF of 13.5' width for a total 7,053 sq. yards.
In order to expedite this pay request and allow progress to continue on the project, the payment
for the May 2000 estimate will be 68.7% of the 7,053 sq. yards of lime treated subgrade or
4845 sq. yards. Also plan on re-liming the uncovered portions of the subgrade from Sta 59
through the west driveway to Kroger and place 10" of concrete in the unpaved block-outs in
the new pavement section.
Additionally, I have measured the barriers in place from Moore Road to the East and the total
is 3470'. Added to the quantity west of Moore, the total for item #77 is 8095 LF.
Please make these corrections and resubmit the May 2000 billing. If you have any questions,
please call at your earliest convenience.
Thank You,
Construction Inspector
