Halff Associates 8616 Northwest Plaza Drive Dallas TX 75225 Vista Point 1I, Lot 1 Block A Revised Fee Assessment Dear Mr. Littleton: It has come to my attention that the revised fee estimate letter dated November 5, 2004 improperly reduced the water meter deposit and tap inspection fee for the two fire line meters that were the subject of that revision. This revision corrects that oversight, and results in an additional $160 fee. I have attached the revised fee tables for your review. This brings the total amount due for utility meters and inspection fees, exclusive of impact fees and construction inspection fees, to $10,260.90. A representative of Cal-Har construction paid via check number 036779 the amount of $9,950.90 today. That leaves a balance due of $310.00.
