i backup to sandy lake between meadowrun and meadowglen on the north side.when this project 1st
started i had voiced my concerns about my pool and other problems.
being that it has been over a year i felt that i need to inform you of troubles and or complaints that we
have experienced at 837 leslie over the past year.
1. within last 2 months phone lines have been cut twice making this 3 times that i am aware of since
project started.this becomes a real pain since myself or my wife have to leave work to come put the dog in
the house because the phone company is the only one who can fix the problem and they will not go in the
backyard with a dog.
2. various power outages since project started
3. have developed foundation crack in bathroom within the last month
4. swimming pool is now slanting about an inch lower on south side( this side is closest to sandy lake)
than on north side. this was noticed last week.
# 3 and # 4 have coincidentally happened within the last month about the time you started grading the
north side of the street, this was always a concern of mine when we first talked when this project started.
the house is 15 years old and the pool is 7 1/2 years old and i know the ground has been dry but i have
never had this problem before.again coincidentally this all has happened in the last month.
