You may want to discuss the following issues:
1 ) Provide updated project information to all stakeholders.
2) Get consensus on project scope, project cost & cost sharings.
3) Discuss & identify any known issues.
4) Achieve consensus on the approach to take,including support for the
alignment to proceed w/the design
5) Try to invite all utility companies & get inputs from them as well (
ask for schedules).
6) Discuss major issues, such as Right Of Way & etc.
7) Open discussions to all ( write down any issues w/your possible
response).
8) Try to re-schedule your 12-7-04, in order to give more time to
franchise companies to attend ( .suggestion ).
9) Try to seek for unkown issues. -
10 ) Tryto schedule a meeting among your staff & the consultant prior
to the meeting & go over possible questions & answer ( this may avoid
possible conflict answers).
11) Invite council members &/or Comissioner ( County will try to get on
Commissioner's calendar,but need couple of dates to schedule).
12 ) Try seek qestions & concerns after the meeting, not before the
meeting ( suggestion only).

We are going to have the public meeting for the W. Sandy Lake Road
project on December 7, 2004 - a copy of the notice is attached.
What do we need to do for the Memorandum of Agreement that will be
attached to the Project Specific Agreement for this project.
