Ali:
We held the public meeting last night and it went very well. We sent
out close to 1000 letters to residents and approximately 50 to 60
people
attended. No major objections to any of the proposed improvements.
We
will look at several issues including working with the HOAs on the
trail
alignment, placing utilities down the median, safer access across
Sandy
Lake for school children, etc.
I need to prepare the Memorandum of Agreement. Can you send me some
MOAs from previous projects so that I can use them as guidance.
