ACCEPTANCE STATEMENT
Sandy Lake Road Baptist Church, being the owner of the property at 536 East
Sandy Lake Road, Coppell Texas understands and approves the construction of the
driveway on Sandy Lake Road by the City of Coppeil.
This will satisfy the commitment made by the City of CoppeH in a letter dated
February 24, 2000 as to the replacement of the driveway at 536 East Sandy Lake Road to
match the new elevation of Sandy Lake Road. Sandy Lake Road Baptist Church
understands that upon acceptance they will be responsible for maintaining the
improvements on their property.
