NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Ferrara:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start November 22, 2004. If you should
begin work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day work begins.
Three hundred (300) calendar days were bid on this project for completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on November 22, 2004 then the calendar days on the project will
expire on September 19, 2005.
