RE: Public Meeting
Suzant
December 7 would work just fine for us. Do you still need an electronic copy of the plans real soon. I would
like to take a little more time and make sure it works out pretty good. I also think it would be easier for Scott to
work with if I have it cleaned up a little. Right now, that file is very large and has a lot of information and layers
that he may not need. If you still need it soon, I will get it over there as quick as possible. Otherwise, I could
bring it with me to the meeting next Friday. We can handle production of the exhibits for the meeting and we
can discuss in more detail on Friday exactly what we need to prepare. Also, you mentioned sending notices out
to the residents. If it is not too much trouble, could you copy me on the information you send out so that we
can be as effective as possible during the public meeting. Thanks for all your hard work and coordination with
this issue. Have a nice evening.
Matt

Matt:
The city is having another event on November 11 - and the public meeting has been bumped. Is
December 7 convenient for your group? If not, November 16 is our second choice. Please let me know.
Thanks
Suzan
