RECORD DRAWINGS:
The City of Coppcll h~s requested a sealed set of plans, "Record Drawing" as stated in a letter dated November [ 7, 2004
The Superintendent th employ of the Conh-actor who built this Project for the City of Coppell has stated that the Project was built as designed in
this set of construction plans. TOe known exceptions are indicated by a cloud on the Utility Layout (information ~s provided by the Contractor.)
All things above grotmd in the Tennis Center and the Trail were surveyed, ~ requested by the Coppell Parks Department to confirm changes in
their actual location as "changes that were made by the City and Contractor" These changes are as shown on the plans.
By my attached seal. I certify that I w~s the Project Director for the production of design dccuments for thc Project I thffi~er certify that the
contractors' statements and in formation described above were provided after the Project was accepted as "Substantially Complete" by the City.

ensure that the Prqiect was actually built as designod. Inspection m~d sup~wision services for the construction of this Project were the sole
responsibility of the City of Coppell and the Contractor who built the Project. per the agreement for construction eob:red into by those two par~ies.
The information on the drawings is based upon the Contractor's statement and a"field confirmation" survey to locate certain items. I and my
company do not and cannot warrant their accuracy.
