RECORD DRAWINGS:
The City of Coppell has requested a sealed set of plans, "Record Drawings" as stated in a leaer dated November I 7, 2004.
The Superintendent in employ of the Contractor who built this Project for the City of Coppell has stated that the Project wes built os designed in
this set of construction plans. The known exceptions are indicated by a cloud on the Utility Layout (information as provided by the Contractor.)
All things above ground in the Tennis Center and the Trail were surveyed, as requested by the Coppell Parks Department to confirm changes in
their actual location es "changes that were made by the City and Contractor". These changes are as shown on the plans.
By my attached seal, I certify that I was the Project Director for the production of design documents for the Project. I further certify that the
contractors' statements and information described above were provided a~r the Project was accepted as "Substantially Complete" by the City.
DISCLAIMER: In no way do~s my seal and signature indicate that my company provided construction supervision or inspection services to
ensure that the Project was actually built as designed. Inspection and supervision services for the construction of this Project were the sole
responsibility of the City of Coppell and the Contractor who built the Project, per the agreement for construction entered into by those two parties.
The information on the drawings is based upon the Contractor's statement and a''field confrrmation" survey to locate certain items. I and my
company do not and cannot warrant their accuracy.
