Rose 410 Spinnaker Drive Allen, TX 75013 RE: Riverchase Townhouse Addition Revised Fee Assessment Letter Dear Mr. Rose: Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. This revised impact fee assessment is a result of an agreement reached with the Fire Marshal for an alternate design for the building sprinkler systems. The single larger meter for each building has been replaced with a one-inch meter for each individual unit. This results in a reduction of 12 two-inch fire line meters and their associated fees. The Engineering Department has determined that the additional volume of water that can be drawn through a one-inch meter versus the standard 5/8 inch x 3/4 inch meter will only be used during a fire flow' condition, and as such the additional impact fee xvill be waived for this larger meter. You will still be responsible for paying the cost of the more expensive one-inch meter. The fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid. Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward to working with you on this project.
