On Saturday, December 11, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. workers from your contractor's company were
observed blocking the outside southbound lane of Denton Tap Road in front of the Town Center
West strip center. There is a method for performing approved Saturday work in the City of
Coppell that has been discussed in the pre-construction meeting and with various company
representatives since the project began.
