RE: Freeport XI & XII Plan Changes
Dear Mr. Evans:
In a discussion with Duke Construction's superintendent and project manager on at least two
previous occasions, it was stated that any proposed changes to the plans for water, sewer or
storm drain facilities must be submitted to the Engineering Department for review/comment and
approval.
It is now my understanding that some of those facilities either have been or are being changed
from the original approved plans. Please submit the requested information to this office.
