In the process of finaling the Sandy Lake Road project, we need to acquire a permanent easement for the sidewalk that was constructed with Sandy Lake Road. Attached are the necessary legal documents we have had prepared for the permanent easement. Please review the Permanent Sidewalk Easement; and if you have any questions I will be happy to discuss them with you. If not, please have the document executed and return one original to me for filing with Dallas County. Your cooperation in expediting the enclosed Permanent Sidewalk Easement will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E. Based on subsequent conversations, I have done some preliminary surveying, taken some photographs and prepared a rough sketch that may be useful to you in presenting this proposition to the persons who will make the final decision. The sketch is not to scale and is exaggerated for clarity. Basically, the easement will be six feet wide and one hundred thirty feet long beginning at the west property line. This will allow the necessary sidewalk construction to take place with maximum consideration for saving existing trees and avoiding other obstacles. I am submitting this written request following a verbal OK so that the Church and the City of Coppell will both have written documentation of this proposal. If you can have the proper authority at the local level sign or initial a copy of this correspondence, I will proceed with pr,~0aration of the necessary legal instrument for filing with the County of Dallas. If you should have any questions or are in need of additional information, I am at your service. Again, thank you so much.
