Re: St. Andrews Estates - Construction of barrier-free ramps.
Dear Keith,
We would like to request to be able to construct the barrier free ramps, required at the
St. Andrews Estate subdivision, during the construction of the homes in the subdivision.
We would like to construct the ramps in this time frame to prevent them from being
damaged during the dry utility installation and the early phases of the home
construction, which we believe would be highly likely. All ramps will be built according to
the TXDOT PED-02 Type 9 design (see attached sheet). Our related company The
Holmes Builders at St. Andrews, Ltd. will be building all of the homes in St. Andrews
Estates so there will be no issues in regards to who's responsibly the construction of the
ramps are.

acceptable.
