1. Water B.O. meter can needs to be reset to grade.
2. Need cap or plug in pipe to imgation curb-stop cul off.
3. Irrigation D.C. needs plugs and test paperwork.
4. Irrigation not to City specs.; no pvc pipe between meter and D.C.
5. Brass plugs in vaults (large and small).
6. Paint vault lids blue.
7. Leak on F.H., southwest comer; needs washer.
8. Replace top vMve stack to south vault.
9. Need pads around all valves.
10. Test by-pass D.C. on south vault.
11. All sewer manholes need rainpans
12. Paint all manholes lids red.
13. Two manholes in west drive need chimney seals.
