Dear Mr. Smith:
We received some of the requested items from you last week, including pay estimates. There
are a few items remaining prior to finalizing the project from our perspective. The items are in
comment form as follows:
1. We expect to be notified when the project is 100% complete including the receipt of as-
built drawings, mark-ups and maintenance bonds.
2. We request a final walk-thru for City of Coppell representatives with TxDOT and
contractor personnel in attendance.
3. Test results were requested but not included in the information recently supplied, therefore
we again request all test results on concrete, asphalt and subgrade placed on this project.
For your information December 31st is a holiday for City of Coppell employees, and is also the
prospective finish date you supplied for the project in your recent submittal. Please confirm if
this is indeed the last day for work on the project. If you have any questions feel free to
