Suzsn,
They were purchased to be used at multiple sights (cookie cutter plans). The only thing they might need is
sight specific geo-tech reports. Brad showed me some plans for one at royal & sandy lake road. I
wouldn't worry about irrigation around the sign. I will need electrical conduits under sandy lake.

We provided the engineers that are designing Sandy Lake Road (east and west) and Bethel Road with the
monument plans that were prepared by Schrickle Rollins. In our meeting with Teague Nail and Perkins, a
question was raised about us using the monument sign plans. Were the plans purchased by the city so
that we can use them on all of our street projects or were they prepared for a specific project?
