Time Warner-CS041222From: To: Date: Subject: Keith Marvin Massie, Mark 12/22/2004 2:20:21 PM Re: Written Explanation for Damage to City Streets and Utilities Mark, I have received your response to my December 6th letter, and will consider the incident closed once all repairs have been completed. No permits will be issued for the route on the west side of town until I have received the Completion Verification Notice for the five permits that are still open on the other section. In addition to the Completion Verification forms, I will need something from Mr. Gand indicating that his encroachment issue has been resolved to his satisfaction. I also will need the plans submitted for the portion of work from Sandy Lake Road north to the city limit line along SH 121. This work appears to fall within the City of Coppell, and therefore will be reviewed and permitted by our personnel. Feel free to call with any questions or comments. Keith R. Marvin, P.E. Let me know if this is sufficient. I also have been checking on our contractors clean up the past week. It looks like their making a lot of head way on cleaning up your city streets. Please advise if theirs anything I need to do to help you in getting these permits signed off. And if there are any major issues which as of now that I haven't heard about please advise. Also have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year if I don't hear from you before then.
