Dear Keith,
This is in correspondence with the letter I received in reference to (Damage to City streets and utilities) on
December 6, 2004. Per the city request of a response on why Time Wamer's Contractors didn't move from
the Beltline city permit to the Moore street permit that was issue to me on December 2nd 2004. As to our
investigation on what had happen is this. The contractors did move from the Beltline Permit to the Moore
street permit you issue to me on that day. What happen is that locates that were call in prior of receiving the
Moore street permit were good to go on that Friday and the contractor had to many rigs going on Moore
street and needed to put another rig over on Beltline to keep the rigs fi-om being idle. I hope this response
will clear up the miscommunications between Time Warner Telecom and the City of Coppell. Please
advise if this will keep Time Warner Telecom in good faith with your city.
