In a recent telephone conversation you l,ad sougllt an additional clarification of the offer. The of~ currently on the table fnr the acquisition of the necessary right-of-way, slope easement, and temporary construction easement from your property located along the north side of Bethel Road is as follows: I. Acquisition of permanent right-of-way at $3.15/sq. ft. x 39,113 sq. ft. 2. Acquisition of slope easement at ($3.15/sq. ft. x 1,268 sq. ft.) x 25% 3. Acquisition of temporary construction easement at ($3.15/sq.ft. x 12,154 sq. ft.) x 5% 4. Construction of approximately 1450' of 8" sanitary sewer line by City of Coppell (including approximately 200' across the front of your property) (estimated value $55,000) 5. Extension of 16" waterline from southeast corner of property to southwest comer of property. Total Cash Offer 123,206.00 998.00 1,915.00 -55,000.00 $71,119.00 This offer is being made by the City of Coppell to consummate negotiations with you concerning the acquisition of the above described right-of-way and easements in lieu of condemnation proceedings by the City of Coppell. The total cash offer paid to you includes and covers any and all damages and claims, which you may have asserted during condemnation proceedings. If the above negotiated cash offer of $71,119, the construction of an 8" sanitary sewer line across about 200' of your property, and the extension of the 16" waterline adjacent to your property is acceptable to you, in lieu of the City of Coppell proceeding with condemnation hearings, then please sign below and return a copy of this letter to my office. Once a signed copy is received, the process for payment of the $71,119 can begin.
