We are hereby notifying both of you that underground environmental has a claim
in fl~e sum of $2508.47 for labor performed during the months of March-May,
1996 on the referenced project. The labor performed by us are generally
described as follows: Television inspection of sanitary sewer pipe. Such labor
performed were furnished to River Valley Enterprises, Inc. per an 0ral agreement
with River Valley Enterprises, Inc.
This notice is sent in compliance with Chapter 2253, Texas Government Code· If
you need any additional information to process this claim or if you believe that
this claim is defective in any way, please notify us at once.
