and the items below were found to be deficient.
Sta. 41 + 98.17 M.H. ring need grout, needs bolts on lid. Replace gasket-on lid.
S~a. 41 + 01.78 M.H. needs fill dirt from curb to fence.
3. R~liable Pool supply needs meter cans replaced and raised. Fill hole with dirt.
4. Northlake creative center needs fill dirt in holes and tfle't~r rai,se~__
5. Sja. 12 + 96.58 M.H. needs raised to curb level chimney seal installed fiLcoxmetly.
