Sta OT 38.07 M.H. Chimney Seal needs tightened at bottom. (invert siphontiesinto)
Sta 11 + 17 rework floor where o10 8" line went in and out.
Sta 26 + 00.47 crack in pavement around MH
Existing MH in Northbound inside lane of Denton Tap needs plugged better.
