Change Order Number 1
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 1 to your contract with the Advantage Contract
Services, Inc., dated February 8, 2000 for the Repainting of the 1.5 Million Gallon Elevated Storage Tank
project. Change Order Number 1 covers the additional work and expense associated with replacing the
interior wet ladder.
If this change order is acceptable, please have all five copies executed on behalf of the City and return three
copies to this office.
In addition, we are enclosing a fax notification from Advantage Contract Services, Inc., which identifies their
new superintendent for this project.
