At the December 14, 2004 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with this letter are three original contract documents. Please execute the documents;
provide the required bonds and return two of the originals to me. One of the originals is for your
file.
A preconstruction conference for this project will be scheduled when we have received the
executed documents. The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. If you have any
