Proposed Storm Sewer Modification
Dear Mr. Gardner:
We received the sketch showing your proposal and a request to begin the associated water line
lowering. We need a detailed plan and profile for the proposed water line lowering. You must
maintain a minimum 2' separation from the top of the water line to the bottom of the storm
sewer.
Please forward a signed and sealed plan from David Littleton, P.E. and a Hold Harmless letter
from the owner indicating that final approval has not been gained for the storm sewer
modification and associated water line lowering. The letter should state that the work is being
done at the owner's risk.
If all of this information can be obtained before this afternoon, we will set up a meeting here at
2:30 p.m. for the principals including representatives from Cadence McShane and CalHar. If you
