In reply to your letter dated December 16, 2004 1 offer the following, Cadence McShane reviewed
the situation and took measures with CalHar Construction to insure that all OSHA and City Of
Coppell ordinances and regulations were and are in compliance. The situation was addressed with
CaIHar's competent person as well as Cadence McShane's on site superintendent. Cadence
McShane will continue to monitor and maintain a safe and compliant jobsite.
