Paving Plan
Dear Mr. Littleton:
It has come to my attention that the paving plans for the referenced project do not reflect the
Stamped Concrete and/or Brick Paver accent bands on the drive approaches at both SH 121 and
Forest Hill Drive. Those accent bands, minimum 8' in width, were required as a condition of
City Council approval and were shown on the detailed site plan that was presented to Council.
Those accent bands may have been inadvertently removed from the construction plans, but are
required on the property and should be reflected on the approved paving plan.
Please make the required changes to the paving plan and resubmit it for Engineering review and
approval. We will redistribute the approved pages back to the contractor and the necessary
subcontractors. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please feel free to
