FW: Tradepoint Storm Drainage Assumptions
We (Hillwood) do want to move forward with grading work at Tradepoint
immediately, so Stephen Crawford/Halff Ft. Worth and I scheduled a 4 pm
meeting with you today to discuss the following:
1. Our proposed storm drain starting HGL assumptions
2. Existing storm drainage system done by Graham for Bldg 1 and their
assumptions
3. Minimum grades in storm drain (Dallas says 0.3%, we will have 0.2% or
0.25% in places)
4. Detention pond grading and ponding below weir elevation (existing pond
has standing water in it)
5. Grading permit package (we are assembling this now, but may not have it
finished to bring with us. We'll bring some grading plans at least)
6. Schedule
