Jackson-Shaw / Vista Point II Limited Partnership, as Owner of the property noted above,
hereby agrees to indemnify and forever hold harmless the City of Coppell Texas against
each and every claim, demand, or cause of action that may be made or come against it by
reason of or in any way arising out of required changes to the revised Storm Water plan,
including the associated lowering of the City of Coppell main water line, pursuant to final
plan review by the City of Coppell. The work associated with lowering of the water main
will be performed at Owner's risk.
