Identify the location of the City of Lewisville 12" water line in Lake Vista Drive. Refer to this water line as the "City of Lewisville Existing 12" Water Line" on all sheets of the construction drawings and include it in the profiles, where applicable. Include a note under "General Notes and Details" instructing contractors to protect, specifically, this water line during construction. 2. The City of Coppell has no objections to the name "Lake Vista Place." However, if you choose to rename the street to accommodate the City of Lewisville, ensure the change is reflected on the plat. 3. Pavement in the Lewisville ROW must conform to Lewisville standards. 4. Address the final disposition of the inlet at the intersection of Lake Vista Drive and Lake Vista Place. 5. Provide a detail of the temporary gated and locked access drive. 6. Identify the drainage areas for street flows in Lake Vista Drive with gutter flows in proposed conditions. ROW must drain back to the street. 7. Per previous discussion, the location of the construction entrance shall be moved from the indicated location. 8. The accessible route for the sidewalk along Lake Vista Drive shall be in the ROW from Barrier Free Ramp to Barrier Free Ramp. A sidewalk shall not be constructed in the landscape buffer. 9. Permission from the City of Lewisville will need to be granted for the Phase Two intersection upon submission of the Phase Two submittals. The City of Coppell will need documentation indicating that the needs of the City of Lewisville have been met and that they grant permission to connect to their street paving and storm drainage systems in Lake Vista Drive. This may be in the form of a permit or letter issued by them. Sincerely, Charlene La MaYtina, E.I.T. Graduate Engineer Office Phone: (972) 304-3681 Fax: (972) 304-7041 cc: Steven R. Homeyer, P.E.
