Dear Mr. Griffin:
In a previous letter dated July 1, 2004, I indicated that the City of Coppell would need to
make a formal submittal of this project to the City of Lewisville that included a full set of
plans and a letter outlining what is being requested from the City of Lewisville. On
December 16, 2004 Mr. Daniel Heischman, P.E. of Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc.,
submitted a set of plans for the referenced project without the requested letter. I agreed to
accept the submittal at that time, but any future submittals that are not made by the City of
Coppell will be rejected as not being complete. The City of Lewisvilie is involved in the
review of these plans due to the proposed connections to the street paving and storm
drainage systems in Lake Vista Drive.
I have enclosed a copy of my comments associated with this development for your records.
In addition, I have returned the markups to Mr. Heischman for revisions. Please have
Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. resubmit the revised plans as well as my comments
to the City of Lewisville through your office. As part of the next submittal, the City of
Lewisville will need to obtain a letter identifying what is being requested by the City of
Coppell for the development process to continue.
