Per your request, this is a proposed approval to cross Explorer
Pipeline. Once we receive the specifications from Mike we'll abide to
their request. Please advise if this is sufficient for you to release
the Royal Lane permit.

Explorer will have no problem with your proposed crossing
provided it complies with our encroachment specifications and you place
a call to 1-800-DIG TESS at least 48 hours prior to doing work near
Explorer. If you will email me your mailing address I will gladly
forward a copy of our specifications to you in order that you can design
accordingly.
