Dear Mr. Holmes:
This letter is written in response to your request for a progress report on the referenced project.
As of this date, the paving section is in place and is in need of clean-up and sealing construction
joints. There is an existing power pole that was blocked-out during paving construction. As you
are aware, this pole needs to be relocated and the blocked-out section of paving completed.
At this time, it is my understanding that the sanitary sewer, water main and storm drain is now in
place, with the exception of one discharge headwall at Denton Creek.
As per our previous discussion, please complete the final one-fourth inch to foot grading of the
parkways and place the erosion control devices in such a manner that erosion does not occur on
the project in accordance with guidelines of TCEQ.
At the completion of the above items, we need to move forward with the finaling of this project.
This will require a scheduled walk thru of paving, drainage, sanitary sewer and water. Please
notify me as to when this can be accomplished. If you have additional questions or comments,
