Based on our appraisers report and discussions with City Council, the City of Coppell is willing to offer the following in exchange for the right-of-way and temporary slope easement. 1. Acquisition of permanent right-of-way at $2.50/sq. ft. x 2666 sq. ft. $6,665.00 2. Acquisition of temporary construction easement 675.00 3. Any damages associated with the proximity of the existing 18,800.00 house to Sandy Lake Road. Elimination of current driveway and installation of new driveway off of ~ Road to the property. No assessment for the Sandy Lake Road improvements per July 1, 1997 Council action (redevelopment of the property will require adherence to the City's Roadway Impact Fee Ordinance). If this is acceptable to you please sign below and return to me. Once I have received the letter, I will start the process for payment of the $26,140.00. When the check has been processed we can arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet to notarize the document in exchange for the check.
