The City of Coppell has reviewed the proposal your firm recently submitted for the construction
materials testing on the Sandy Lake Road project. After careful consideration of the information
provided, this letter is to inform you that your firm was not selected to provide testing services
related to the project. Your time and effort in preparing and submitting the qualifications is
appreciated.
The city has two large roadway projects, two water line projects, and numerous small
construction projects that are scheduled to start construction in 2005. The city will take your
firm into consideration when selecting construction materials testing services for these projects.
