Can-Far Construction Company recognizes that the moving of the power lines is part of contract, but there is no way that we could have foreseen that this would have used 51 calendar days for this projeCt, Even thought this Is part of the contract getting the clearance from ERCOT was out of Can-Far Construction Company control. Can-Far Construction Company has tried to accelerate this part of the project as much as possible that is why Can-Far Construction Company began working on this item even before we had a signed contract, Can-Far Construction Company requested that the 51 days that we have been delayed by this issue be added back to the project schedule. Aisc out of these 51 days 27 % of them have been weather days.
