Project Updates:
· Attached is a sketch of our proposed option for the location of the hike and bike trail in
front of the Robertson property on the west side of Coppell Road. This option will
preserve the parking that is currently along Coppell Road and will not necessitate a mid-
block crossing. Please review this and let us know if this is a viable option.
· We are currently preparing the plans for the 90% submittal. A three span bridge option is
being designed for the Grapevine Creek Crossing.
· We are working with TXU to determine the lighting requirements in the Old Coppell area.

Other Issues:
The next scheduled project update meeting is Jan 27, 2005. Since we are making a plan
submittal the following week, it would be best if we could adjust this meeting to the first or
second week of February. This would give you a chance to briefly review the plans
before we discuss any outstanding issues.
· We are waiting on feedback from the City's construction inspectors on the construction
phasing for the roadway.
We are waiting on information from the utility department regarding the sewer services to
the Senior Center.
