Ongoing Drainage Problem
We have been having drainage problems with our back yard since we moved in.
I have contacted the builder and our homeowners association numerous times
over the last six months and so far nothing has happened. Attached is a copy of
the first time we let the builder and homeowners association know about the
issue and a picture from last month.
I would like your help in motivating the developer to get this problem resolved
quickly. I do not know the health hazards of having stagnating water in your
backyard, but I have four children and this makes me nervous.
