nonconformance with accessibility standards adopted by the Texas
Department of Licensing and Regulation for purposes of ensuring
compliance with Article 9102, Texas civil Statutes.
Although nonconforming items have been noted, the referenced project
will be eligible for approval if constructed accordin~ to the
documents reviewed and as noted on the worksheet(s). Items which are
the responsibility of the owner should be referred to the appropriate
person for action.
This determination does not address applicability of the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA), (P. L. 101-336), or any other state,
