The Texas Architectural Barriers Act (Article 9102, T,C.S.) requires inspection of subject facilities to ensure compliance with
the Act. The referenced project may be inspected either by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) staff
or a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) endorsed to perform inspections.

notice with check\money order for the inspection fees, payable to TDLR, within 20 days receipt of this notice.
