Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have reviewed your submittal regarding corrective modifications and updated our
records accordingly. However, some items are still not in compliance with the provisions of
the Texas Architectural Barriers Act, Chapter 469, Texas Government Code.
There are however, one or more remaining violations reflected in our inspection report that
remain unresolved and which are beyond our authority as an independent contractor to
accept. The remaining item or items is/are:
4.3.7, 4.7.2, 4.7.4, 4.27.2
Therefore, in accordance with the terms of our contract with the Texas Department of
Licensing and Regulation, we are returning the file this week to them for resolution.
This procedural action does not mean we are not available to assist you. If you have
questions regarding our determination, or if we can be of any assistance whatsoever in
achieving compliance with state law, please let us know.
