Dear Mr. Griffin:
.NOTICE
This notice is to inform you that the above referenced project will be forwarded to TDLR's
Enforcement Division because our records indicate more than 40 outstanding violations that
have not been corrected. A case will be created and scheduled for an administrative hearing. A
Notice of the Administrative Hearing will be mailed to you at least fifteen (15) days before the
scheduled hearing date.
If you have corrected the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) violations noted on the inspection
repod dated March 12, 2003, verification of the corrections has not been received by TDLR.
This is a violation of 16 Tex. Admin. Code. Sec. 68.53.
Verification of this correction to the TAS violation contained in the inspection report could
resolve the issues in this project and avoid possible administrative penalties to the building
owner. You have 90 days from the date of this notice to provide written verification that all
violations have been corrected. After the 90th day, the project file will be forwarded to the
Enforcement department for further action. You may fax this information to (512) 475-2886 to
