Permanent Water Linc Easement
Temporary Construction Easement
Dear Mr. Levy:
The City of Coppell is in the process of obtaining easements necessary to construct the S.H. 121
Water Line Project. The Water System Master Plan identified this segment of water line as a
needed improvement. The main purpose of the project is to connect the existing water line at
Coppell Road/S.H 121 with the existing water line at Denton Tap/S.H 121. As part of the
project, we are proposing to bore under S.H. 121 and bring a water line to the west side of the
Coppell Greens Subdivision. That water line will connect to an existing water line in the Coppell
Greens Subdivision. This water line should provide additional volume and pressure to the
Coppell Greens Subdivision. It will be necessary to obtain a 20-foot permanent water line
easement and 35-foot temporary construction easement on property that is owned by Coppell
Greens Ltd. A letter and a copy of the permanent water line easement and temporary
construction easement documents were previously sent to 4024 Naples Drive, Piano, Texas. To
date, we have had no response about the easements.
A copy of the letter and easement documents is enclosed for your information. The design plans
am 90% complete and the City needs to complete obtaining the easements so that construction
can start in the 4th quarter of 2004. Please review the enclosed documents and let me know if you
have any questions or if you wish to view the construction plans.
Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.
Sincerely, /~
