Mr. Pittman:
The easement documents call for the city to install two (2) tees and valves on the 12-inch
line located on your parcel. Would you please let me know the location of the proposed tees
and valves. You can mark them on the attached plan sheets and fax back to me, or you can
call or e-mail me and let me know the station numbers. The consultant for the project will
add the tees and valves to the design plans and they will be included in the construction of
the project.
